MONDAY 31st July
Normal: Chicken Parma – Chicken Breast crumbed with Japanese panko crumbs then shallow pan fried, then topped with an herby tomato sauce with cheddar and parmesan and oven baked until golden brown. Served with potato wedges and cauliflower and broccoli bake.
Banting: Grilled chicken breast topped with an herby tomato sauce with cheddar and parmesan and oven baked. Served with sweet potato wedges and cauliflower and broccoli bake
SOUP: Potato and leek Soup topped with bacon and cheddar
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

TUESDAY 1st Aug
Normal: Moussaka – ground beef layered between potatoes, eggplant and a creamy sauce. Served with green beans and butternut.
Banting: Served with sweet potato, ground beef eggplant and creamy sauce. Served with steamed green beans and butternut
SOUP: Creamed cauliflower and broccoli soup
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

WEDNESDAY 2nd Aug
Normal: Tarragon Chicken – Chicken breast marinated with ginger, garlic, soya and sauteed with butternut and cherry tomato’s. Served over ribbon pasta.
Banting: Served over baby marrow and carrot strings
SOUP: Veggie soup
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

THURSDAY 3rd Aug
Normal: Steak Marsala – Braised beef topped with a light marsala curry sauce. Served with peas, carrots and rice.
Banting: Served with cauliflower rice, carrots and a few green beans
SOUP: Hearty beef and Veg soup
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

FRIDAY 4th Aug
Normal: Bacon and Cheese Burger – with nibble stick fries.
Banting: Served on banting bread with sweet potato fries.
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.
