MONDAY 29th May
Normal: Lemone Chicken – Chicken breast pan fried in a light egg batter, then sauteed with lemon butter and chicken broth. Served with sauteed potato’s with roasted onions and mixed herbs and steamed broccoli.
Banting: Same Lemone Chicken but without flour. Served with sauteed sweet potatos with onions and herbs and steamed broccoli.
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

TUESDAY 30th May
Normal: Teriyaki Beef – With Stir-fry vegetables and savoury rice.
Banting: Served with diced cauliflower.
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

WEDNESDAY 31st May
Normal: Bacon and mushroom Pasta – sauteed bacon and mushrooms in a creamy sauce. Served over tagliatelle with a small side salad
Banting: Served over marrow and carrot strings and a small side salad
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

THURSDAY 1st June
Normal: Pulled Pork – with garlic mash, pumpkin and peas
Banting: Served with sweet potato garlic mash, pumpkin and spinach
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

FRIDAY 2nd June
Normal: Chicken Schnitzel topped with a mushroom and cheese sauce. Served with baby potato’s and steamed carrots.
Banting: Grilled chicken breast topped with a mushroom and cheese sauce. Served with sauteed mixed vegetables
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

Chicken Masala R60
A chicken breast braised with button mushrooms, country mustard, and Marsala wine. Served in a buttery Marsala sauce with mushrooms.
Chicken Schnitzel R65
Topped with mushroom sauce and served with vegetable and starch of the day.
Chicken Curry R60
Served with rice and sambal salad.
Cottage Pie R60
Lean beef sautéed with onions, carrots and celery in a brown gravy. Topped with mash potato and oven baked.
