Normal: Traditional Babootie with Sambal and Yellow rice
or Cottage pie – served with Asian coleslaw and sauteed baby marrows, carrots and red pepper strings
Banting: Topped with cauliflower and cheddar mash and served with Asian coleslaw and butternut.

WEDNESDAY 10th May
Normal: Sweet ‘n Sour Chicken stir-fry with veggies over fettuccini pasta
Banting: Cashew nut chicken with stir-fry veggies over carrot and marrow spaghetti strings

THURSDAY 11th May
Normal: Braised Marsala Steak and onions and peppers in a brown gravy – with garlic mash and roasted cinnamon pumpkin and garden peas
Banting: Braised Marsala steak with onions and peppers served with sauteed sweet potatos and creamy spinach

FRIDAY 12th May
Normal: Crumbed Chicken burger on a seeded roll, served with basil mayo, lettuce, cheddar cheese and balsamic caramelized onions and nachos with cheddar cheese
Banting: Grilled chicken breast marinated with ginger, lime, corriander and garlic. Served with a side salad and roasted veggies
Vegetarian: Vegetarian burger on a seeded roll, served with basil mayo, lettuce, cheddar cheese and balsamic caramelized onions and nachos with cheddar cheese
