Weekly Menu – 24th to 30th April 2017
MONDAY 24th April
Normal: Our Famous Butter Chicken – Chicken Breast marinated with yogurt, ginger, garlic, coriander and Indian seasoning. Then pan fried and thickened with cream, yogurt and corn flour. Served with rice, sambal salad & a few green peas and butternut.
Banting: served with diced cauliflower and Green Beans
Vegetarian: Mushrooms and Butternut marinated with Indian seasoning and yogurt. Served with rice, sambal salad & a few green peas and butternut.

TUESDAY 25th April
Normal: Pork Stir-fry – Thin strips of Pork marinated with ginger, garlic and soya then lightly fried. Served with rice and stir-fry veggies.
Banting: Served with baby marrow strings and stir fry veggies.
Vegetarian: Cabbage marinated with ginger, garlic and soya then lightly fried. Served with rice and stir-fry veggies

WEDNESDAY 26th April
Normal: Chicken Lemmone – Chicken fillet dusted in flour, then pan fried in a light egg batter with chicken broth and lemon juice. Served with garlic mash and broccoli.
Banting: Grilled chicken breast marinated with lemon juice and herbs, served with sweet potatoe mash and steamed broccoli.
Vegetarian: Eggplant, dusted in flour, then pan fried in a light egg batter with lemon juice. Served with garlic mash and broccoli.

THURSDAY 27th April
Normal: Spaghetti Bolognaise – Lean beef mince cooked with onions, carrots, celery, and fresh tomatoes. Served over spaghetti
Banting: Served over baby marrow and carrots strings.
Vegetarian: Braised veggies served over spaghetti
Gluten free pasta available

FRIDAY 28th April
Normal: Chicken curry – with rice and sambal salad.
Banting: served with diced cauliflower seasoned with turmeric, cumin and fennel and sambal salad.
Vegetarian: Mixed Veggies braised with a light curry seasoning thickened with Dahl lentils and chickpeas. Served with steamed rice and a roti.

SATURDAY 29th April
Please select meals from our HOUSE MENU for Saturdays.

SUNDAY 30th April
Please select meals from our HOUSE MENU for this Sunday.

*SUBSTITUTION: You may substitute a Beef, Chicken or Pork dish to any other alternative protein.
