Seasame chicken: with basmati rice and stir fry veg
Chilli con carne: Ground beef slow cooked with red wine, cumin, cloves, peppers, chilli, cocoa and kidney beans. Served with a side of grated cheddar cheese and sour cream. Served with rice
Cheddar melt schnitzel topped with cheese sauce served with baby potatoes, peas and cinnamon pumpkin
Creamed Tomato and Chicken pasta with basil, served with a side parmesan
Braised pork and peppers ragu: served with mash, butternut and baby marrows.
(V) Eggplant parmesan with savoury rice, butternut and green beans

Tuesday: 11 May
Butternut ravioli dressed with sage, basil and garlic butter topped with our homemade tomato sauce (with chicken pieces or not)
Benji’s Butter chicken: served with basmati rice and garden peas

Wednesday: 12 May
Chicken Pad Thai: with rice noodles
Hannah Chicken: BBQ chicken breast topped with bacon bits, ham and mushrooms then oven baked with cheese. Served with garden peas, carrots and sauteed pototoes
Beef lasagne
Chicken stir fry: Chicken breast, peppers, cashew nuts with noodles and stir fry veg
Indian style steak marsala: Medallions of beef dusted in corn flour and tumeric. Pan fried with onion and tomato marsala sauce. Served with mash, butternut and garden peas

Spaghetti bolognaise with side parmesan
Beef and vegetable winter casserole with rice

Cold meats and salad: Served with a greek salad, beetroot salad and potato salad
Japenese style Chicken burger: Marinated strips of chicken breast in soy sauce, garlic
and ginger, then coated in cornflour and fried. Served with side chips
