Normal: Chicken Cacciatore – Chicken breast topped with slow cooked tomato, onions and green peppers. Served with mash and steamed vegetable medley.

Normal: Mild Beef Curry served with yellow rice and side of green peas and sambal salad
Banting: Served with diced cauliflower, green beans and sambal salad

Normal: Spaghetti bolognaise with garlic rolls
Banting: Served over carrot and marrow spaghetti strings

Normal: Creamy chicken and mushroom casserole – diced chicken breast poached with Thyme, cumin and tarragon in a creamy sauce served with savoury rice and roasted pumpkin

FRIDAY 19th May
Normal: Bacon and cheese burger with a cheesy potato bake and a side of salad garnish
