Tomato bredie: Bredie is an old Cape name for a dish of meat and vegetables stewed
together so that the flavors intermingle. With rice, pumpkin and peas
Baked penne bake with bolognaise and creamy sauce
Indian Pork Stir-Fry: Ginger, cardamom and curry powder are just some of the many spices that make this dish, with a stir fry veg. Served with basmati rice
