Chefs choice: Pasta dressed in creamy tomato and basil sauce with chicken, garlic, herbs and sundried tomato
Chicken cacciatore with basmati rice and green beans

Tuesday: 1 June
Traditional meatloaf lean beef mince wrapped in streaky bacon and slow cooked in the oven. Served with garlic parmesan mash, gravy, garden peas and carrots
Chicken Parmesan with baby potato’s, cauliflower and carrots

Wednesday: 2 June
Saltimbocca: thin strips of beef dusted in flour then pan fried with butter, garlic, mushrooms, red wine, brandy, mustard and cream. Topped with ham and cheese then oven baked. Served with mash, sauteed baby marrows and butternut
Traditional babootie served with yellow rice, pumpkin, green beans
Chicken stroganoff served with herb infused basmati rice, green beans and butternut
Thai chicken stir fry: with noodles and stir fry veg
Chicken schnitzel: With cheese sauce, potatoes, baby marrows and carrots
Hawaain Pork stir fry with noodles and veg

Cold meats and salad: Served with a greek salad, beetroot salad and potato salad
Spring Chicken: Chicken breast with lemon, parmesan and panko crumbs. Served with sauteed potatoes, baby marrows and pumpkin
