Weekly menu 27th April – 1st May 2020

We can either do a daily meal Monday to Friday or make up sets of box meals on either Monday, Wednesday or Friday. We have small team who have moved in with us so we are in lock down and safe.

Monday: 27th April

  • Slow cooker Beef Goulash served with mash, pumpkin and green beans
    Chicken schnitzel topped with cheese sauce, served with potato wedges, carrots and green beans
    (V) Eggplant parmesan served with baby marrows, quinoa with basil, almonds, butternut and brocolli
    Spaghetti bolognaise
    Sweet n sour pork nuggets served with rice and a little stir fry veg
    Alfredo ham, mushroom, garlic and white wine in a creamy sauce served over pasta
    Chilli con carne with savoury rice

    Chicken casserole with rice
    Babootie with yellow rice, pumpkin and green beans
    Penne bake with mince and creamy sauce topped with cheese
    Chicken stir fry with noodles and stir fry veggies
    Butter Chicken with basmati rice, peas and steamed carrots
    (V) Lentil, mushroom and veggies casserole served with savoury rice
    Marsala Chicken bake: A Bombay coconut curry bake topped with buttered mash potatoes
