Weekly menu 30 March – 3 April 2020

We can either do a daily meal Monday to Friday or make up sets of box meals on either Monday, Wednesday or Friday. We have small team who have moved in with us so we are in lock down and safe.

Monday:
– Chicken schnitzel with roast potatoes, minted carrots and green beans
(V) Eggplant parmesan with roast potatoes, minted carrots and green beans
– Chicken Lemone with lemon roast potatoes, baby marrows and pumpkin
– Spaghetti bolognaise (V) Napolitana pasta and Gluten free option
– Sticky BBQ chicken wings with savoury rice
– Pork stir-fry with noodles and veggies with soya sauce, ginger, garlic and corriander
– Beef and ale stew with rice and veg
(V) Lentil and veggie stew with brown rice, butternut and green beans

Tuesday:
– Closed to restock –

Wednesday:
– Chicken ciaccatore with rice, butternut and peas
– Baked cheesy bolognaise mac n cheese (V) Plain mac n cheese
– Braised beef with steamed rice, green beans and butternut
– Cottage pie with peas and carrots
– Tarragon chicken with cherry tomatoes, basil, soya and ginger over pasta
– Herb roast chicken with rice, gravy and veg
– Chicken with wine, mushrooms, mustard and tomato with mash and veggies
(V) Eggplant rolled with mozerrella fingers then oven baked in our homemade tom sauce

Thurday:

Friday:

– Babootie with yellow rice
– Beef Stroganoff
