TUESDAY 25 FEB
Normal: Thai beef bowls with rice noodles – Presenting Thai beef bowls with rice noodles. It’s just as healthy as a salad, but about a billion times more flavourful.
Low-Carb: Served with cabbage and baby marrows
Vegetarian: Asian style Veg stir fry – full of flavour and served over rice noodles
WEDNESDAY 26 FEB
Normal: Alfredo Pasta – Ham and mushroom in a creamy herb, garlic & white wine sauce, served over pasta.
Gluten Free: Served with gluten free penne pasta
Low-Carb: Served with baby marrow & carrot strings.
Vegetarian: Spinach & Mushroom – in a creamy herb, garlic & white wine sauce, served over pasta.

FRIDAY 28 FEB
Normal: Hawaiian Pork Chops – Grilled Pork chops marinated with apple cider, pine apple juice, coriander and red wine vinegar. Flame grilled topped with a pine-apple salsa, and served with braised cabbage and potato salad
Low-Carb – served with brown rice and roasted veggies

SATURDAY 29 Feb
Normal: Chicken Marsala – A chicken breast braised with button mushrooms, country mustard, and Marsala wine. Served in a buttery Marsala sauce with mushrooms. Served with mash, broccoli and steamed carrots
SUNDAY 1 March
Normal: Roast Chicken – slow cooked from early in the morning and served with rice, roast potatoes, vegetable medley and slow cooked gravy
Vegetarian: Medley of roasted veggies – served with rice, peas and butternut
