Weekly Menu: 20 – 26 May 2019

Hello Everyone,

We hope you all keeping warm, we are making really awesome homely cooked meals this week coming up… nice hearty meals made with love.
Some of our meals this week: We start with Chicken Parmesan on Mondaya real favourite! Wednesday is our Box meals and Pulled Pork. Darren really knows his stuff when it comes to Steak and Friday is Steak Night, then we end the week on Sunday with a Roast Greek Lamb.

Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 12pm, we ask for meals from the House Menu (see below) to be in by 10am

Weekly Menu: 20 – 26 May 2019

MONDAY 20 May
Normal: Chicken Parmesan – A crumbed chicken breast covered with our homemade tomato & parmesan sauce, topped with cheddar/mozzarella cheese mix & oven baked. Served with butternut, green beans and baby potato’s
Low-Carb: Grilled Chicken parmesan with green beans, butternut and sweet potato.
Vegetarian: Eggplant Parmesan – Served with butternut, green beans and baby potato’s

TUESDAY 21 May
Normal: Steak Marsala – Thin sliced topside, pan fried in seasoned flour. Topped with marsala styled tomato and onion, served with basmati rice, garden peas and pumpkin
Low-Carb: Served with brown rice, baby marrows and pumpkin
Vegetarian: Sweet potato, butternut and potato curry – made with yogurt and buttermilk and served with basmati rice

WEDNESDAY 22 May  
Normal: Pulled Pork – slow cooked in the oven from early in the morning with a smokey BBQ gravy. Served with parmesan, nutmeg and garlic mash potato’s with veggie medley
Low-Carb: served with roasted sweet potato and vegetable medley
Vegetarian: Mushroom Marsala – Served with parmesan, nutmeg and garlic mash potato’s with veggie medley

THURSDAY 23 May
Normal: Frikkadels – Slow cooked and served with butternut, mash, baby marrows and carrots
Low-Carb: Served with cauliflower mash, marrows and carrots
Vegetarian: Cauliflower and cheddar balls – with a sweet n sour sauce served with stir-fry veggies 

Friday 24 May (R220 Family portion // R75 Standard // R55 Ladies // R45 Kiddies)
Normal: Steak Night – Aged steak sirloin with chunky chips and burnt broccoli
Low-Carb:  Served with chunky sweet potato chips and burnt broccoli
Vegetarian: Vegetarian Kebab – with chunky chips and burnt broccoli.

SATURDAY 25 May
Normal: Chicken Ciaccatore – Cacciatore means “hunter” in Italian. In cuisine, alla cacciatora refers to a meal prepared “hunter-style” with onions, herbs, tomatoes, peppers and wine. Served with rice and veggie medley.
Low Carb: Served with veggie medley
Vegetarian: Vegetarian Casserole – served with rice and veggie medley

SUNDAY 26 May (R250 Family portion // R90 Standard // R60 Ladies // R50 Kiddies)
Normal: Roast Beef served with rice, roast potatoes, vegetable medley and gravy
Vegetarian: Medley of roasted veggies – served with rice, peas and butternut
