MONDAY 13 May
Normal: Thai Chicken Curry – served with basmati rice
Low-Carb: served with brown rice.
Vegetarian: Thai coconut veg curry – served with basmati rice

TUESDAY 14 May
Normal: Pork Bangers – served with mash, gravy, peas and carrots
Low-Carb: Served with sweet potato mash, baby marrows and carrots
Vegetarian: Roasted Mediterranean Veg – with basil and olive oil served with couscous and quinoa

WEDNESDAY 15 May  
Normal: Chicken Casserole – with rice, butternut and green beans
Low-Carb: served with gem squash, butternut and cauliflower.
Vegetarian: Braised Veg with onions and peppers – served with rice, butternut and green beans

THURSDAY 16 May
Normal: Baked penne bolognaise – Penne pasta topped with bolognaise and a cheesy sauce then oven baked.
Low-Carb: Bolognaise sauce topped with gem squash and cheese then oven baked
Vegetarian: Vegetarian bolognaise – Penne pasta topped with bolognaise and a cheesy sauce then oven baked. 

FRIDAY 17 May
Normal: Beef cheese Burger – topped with cheese, caramelized onions and salad garnish on soft roll served with wedges
Low-Carb – Cheese burger with no bun, served with salad, vegetable medley and sweet potato wedges
Vegetarian: Veg burger – topped with cheese and a salad garnish on soft roll served with wedges

SATURDAY 18 May
Normal: Mild Mince curry – served with rice, mixed veggies and vetvoek
Low Carb: Served with salad and brown rice
Vegetarian: Vegetarian curry – served with rice, mixed veggies and vetvoek

SUNDAY 19 May
Normal: Roast Beef served with rice, roast potatoes, vegetable medley and gravy
Vegetarian: Medley of roasted veggies – served with rice, peas and butternut
