Weekly Menu: 29 April to 5 May 2019

Hello Everyone,

We hope you all had a great weekend, we had a great Family lunch today and really enjoyed the Greek Lamb.

Wednesday is a Public holiday and we will be OPEN doing just the meal on the menu and the Box Meals will be made on Thursday this week.

Our invoices were sent this past week from Amelia at Pharsyde accounting, we are very thankful for the payments made. If we can remind you to settle please before the close of Tuesday – Thank you.

See below the calendar for MAY where we have done a daily meal planner to see what we are doing day by day. Remember you can order from the House Menu if you want something different to what is on the menu for the day.
Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 12pm, we ask for meals from the House Menu (see below) to be in by 10am.

Weekly Menu: 29 April to 5 May 2019

MONDAY 29 April
Normal: Carbonara Pasta – Ham, mushroom & bacon in a creamy herb, garlic & white wine sauce, served over pasta.
Gluten Free: Served with gluten free penne pasta
Low-Carb:  Served with baby marrow & carrot strings.
Vegetarian: Spinach & Mushroom – in a creamy herb, garlic & white wine sauce, served over pasta.

TUESDAY 30 April
Normal: Indian Meatball Curry – A classic Indian beef meatball (aka kofta) dish for all those who love meatballs and mild spicy sauces. Served with peas, pumpkin, basmati rice and a side of sambal salad.
Low-Carb: Served with diced cauliflower rice, pumpkin and green beans.
Vegetarian: Vegetable Dahl – served with basmati rice, pumpkin and a few peas and a side of sambal salad.

WEDNESDAY 1st May  PUBLIC HOLIDAY
Normal: Braised Lamb – slow cooked until soft and tender and served with mash, green beans and pumpkin.
Low-Carb: served with sweet potato mash, green beans and pumpkin.
Vegetarian: Braised vegetable ragu – served with mash, green beans and pumpkin

THURSDAY 2 May
Normal: Spaghetti bologanise – served with a side of parmesan cheese
Low-Carb: served over baby marrow and carrot strings
Vegetarian: Napolitana pasta – served with a side of parmesan cheese

SATURDAY 4 May
Normal: Beef Stroganoff – with basmati rice, garden peas and carrots
Low Carb: Served with brown rice, butternut and green beans
Vegetarian: Mushroom Stroganoff with basmati rice, garden peas and carrots

SUNDAY 5 May
Normal: Roast Chicken served with rice, roast potatoes, vegetable medley and gravy
Vegetarian: Medley of roasted veggies – served with rice, peas and butternut
