Weekly Menu: 15th – 21st April 2019

We hope you all having a good weekend. We quiet excited for this weeks menu, nice hearty Winter meals creeping in. Remember you can order from the House menu if you feel for something different.

Our Prices per meal have gone up slightly, our portions are nice and big and this will never change:) See the prices below.

For our Monthly clients – we have a new Business ABSA account that we will send you with the monthly account, just so you know our payments will need to be made into the new account coming up. We excited to let you know that Freedom Foods Country Kitchen is now registered too!

See below the calendar for APRIL where we have done a daily meal planner to see what we are doing day by day. Remember you can order from the House Menu if you want something different to what is on the menu for the day.
Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 12pm, we ask for meals from the House Menu (see below) to be in by 10am.

On Wednesday we make our Box meals: Stock up your freezer with 10 meals custom made to how you like it, dated and labelled… no dishes and cooking, our containers are microwaveable.

Weekly Menu: 15th – 21st April 2019

MONDAY 15 April
Normal: Pork Bangers – with braised onions in a brown onion gravy served with mash, cauliflower and carrots.
Low-Carb: served with sweet potato mash, cauliflower and carrots.
Gluten Free: Served with gluten free penne pasta.
Vegetarian: Braised cauliflower with carrots, onions and fennel seeds – served with spaghetti and quinoa with basil oil.

TUESDAY 16 April
Normal: Chicken schnitzel – served with roasted garlic herb potato’s, cinnamon pumpkin and a few green beans and cheese sauce on the side
Low-Carb:  Grilled chicken breast marinated with lime and a little garlic served with pumpkin, green beans and roasted sweet potato
Vegetarian: Braised vegetable casserole served with garlic mash and butternut.

WEDNESDAY 17 April
Normal: Beef Curry – slow cooked with onions, carrots and potato’s then served with yellow rice, butternut and garden peas.
Low-Carb:  Served with cauliflower rice and a few baby marrows.
Vegetarian: Sweet potato, butternut and yellow lentil curry – served with garden peas and yellow rice.

THURSDAY 18 April
Normal: Sweet n sour pork (or chicken) – served with basmati rice.
Low-Carb:  Sautéed pork or chicken with ginger, garlic, coriander and soya sauce served with brown rice and veggies .
Vegetarian: Cauliflower and cheddar balls – with sweet n sour sauce served with basmati rice and veggies

FRIDAY 19 April GOOD FRIDAY
Normal: Beef Scallapino – Beef thinly cut and dusted in flour then pan fried with olives, onions and peppers with a touch of red wine. Served with lemon roasted potato’s, broccoli and gem squash
Low-Carb – Grilled steak served with a side portion of pan fried mushrooms, broccoli and gem squash
Vegetarian: Sautéed spinach and mushrooms – Served with lemon roasted potato’s, broccoli and gem squash

SATURDAY 20 April
Normal: Grilled Chicken breast – with vegetable medley and potato rosti
Low Carb: Served with sweet potato rosti.
Vegetarian: Grilled veggie medley served with potato rosti

SUNDAY 21 April EASTER SUNDAY
Normal: Roast Pork – served with rice, roast potatoes, vegetable medley and slow cooked gravy
Vegetarian: Medley of roasted veggies – served with rice, peas and butternut
