We hope you all having a good weekend, below is our weekly menu for this coming week.
We had to substitute the Ravioli dish with Pulled pork as no availability, but we will make it soon for those who will miss it, remember you can custom make your meals by ordering from the House Menu.
Please can we ask you to give friends and family our info, by doing this you could WIN a nights free dinner on us:) We go by word of mouth and very grateful to those that spread the word about us:)
We doing a few salads for over the Mountain daily and this week we are starting with delicious Lunches – delivered to your work before 1pm. We need the orders in by 9am… see below the menu and only R45 a portion – if orders over 10 there is no delivery fee, so gather your tribe and have a good hearty lunch together. Local deliveries no delivery charge.

On Wednesday we will be making our Box meals: Stock up your freezer with 10 meals custom made to how you like it, dated and labelled… no dishes and cooking, our containers are microwaveable.
On Wednesday we do run a little later on deliveries and apologize for the inconvenience, we just have quiet a few over the mountain which is our 1st run.
See below the calendar for FEBRUARY where we have done a daily meal planner to see what we are doing day by day. Remember you can order from the House Menu if you want something different to what is on the menu for the day.
Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 12pm, we ask for meals from the House Menu (see below) to be in by 10am.

Weekly Menu: 18th – 24th February 2019
MONDAY 18th Feb
Normal: Pulled Pork: Soft and legendary our pulled pork is really good! Served with Lemon roast potato’s and steamed vegetable medley.
Low-Carb: Served with lemon sweet potato’s and vegetable medley.
Vegetarian: Butternut Ravioli: With feta, butternut, sage and basil served in our homemade tomato and herb sauce with butternut cubes and parmesan cheese
TUESDAY 19th Feb
Normal: Chicken Schnitzel – served with garden peas and cauliflower and baby roasted potatos and a side of cheese sauce
Low-Carb: Grilled chicken breast served with green beans, cauliflower and roasted sweet potato mash.
Vegetarian: Eggplant Parmesan – Eggplant crumbed with Japanese panko crumbs topped with our homemade tomato sauce and parmesan cheese. Served with garden peas and cauliflower and baby roasted potato’s.
WEDNESDAY 20th Feb
Normal: Spaghetti bologanise – Lean beef mince with a tomato based sauce over spaghetti and side of parmesan.
Low-Carb: Served over baby marrows and carrot strings.
Vegetarian: Braised veggies in a bolognaise sauce – Served over spaghetti and side of parmesan.
