We hoping you all having a great weekend:)  We survived a record day on Friday last week, and this week things should start to get a little less crazy before we close on the 21st.

Stock up your freezer with our Box meals on Wednesday (2nd last week left) –
10 meals custom made to how you like it, dated and labelled… avoid having to hit the busy malls over the silly season.
The Freezer meals come in 3 sizes: 10 meals per pack
Standard (R600)
Standard LOW CARB (R650)
Ladies (R400)

Ladies LOW CARB (R450) and
Kiddies (R350) they can be mixed and altered to your meal preferences.
Stock up with our freezer meals to help with no dishes and cooking, our containers are microwaveable.

This week Monday we doing our Chicken Schnitzel and on Wednesday we doing our signature Chicken Pad ThaiFriday is a hearty Beef Burger with cheese and bacon.

Below is some more info about the menu’s that we do on the different days. Wednesday’s are our Standard BOX MEAL DAYS (custom make your box meals by ordering from the House menu below)Chat to us if there are any specific meals you want to eat.
Remember on Wednesday’s we do run a little later on deliveries and apologize for the inconvenience, we just have quiet a few over the mountain which is our 1st run.

We have taken the banting version off the weekly breakdown and doing a Low Carb version (most of our clients are Low Carb, let us know if you want strictly banting though because we can still do the banting🙂

Remember you can order from the House Menu if you want something different to what is on the menu for the day. We closing on the 21st of December and back open on the 7th of January 2019

Below is this weeks menu for the week. We love to cook and happy to help make your dinner time easier, more time for everything else. No dishes, no shopping, no running around… just a delicious nutritious meal for the family. We deliver to your home a freshly made meal on the day and can even organize a monthly bill to make it easier.

Remember you can order from the House Menu if you don’t feel like what we have on for the day. Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 1pm, we ask for meals not on the House Menu to be in by 10am.
We are making meals on Saturday and Sunday from the House Menu.

Weekly Menu: 10th – 16th December 2018

MONDAY 10th Dec
Normal: Chicken Schnitzel: topped with cheese sauce, served with butternut, gem squash and baby parsley & garlic potatoes.
Low-Carb/Gluten FreeGrilled Chicken Breast: side cheese sauce, gem squash, steamed broccoli and a few roasted sweet potatoes.
Vegetarian: Crumbed Eggplant – with a side cheese sauce, served with veg & starch of the day.

TUESDAY 11th Dec
Normal: Cottage Pie – served with peas & carrots
Low-Carb:  Sweet Potato Cottage Pie – served with green bean & cauliflower.
Vegetarian: Vegetarian Cottage Pie – with peas & carrots.

WEDNESDAY 12th Dec
Normal: Chicken Pad Thai – Chicken Breast sautéed with garlic, ginger, coriander, red chilli flakes, soya and vinegar, tossed in our home made Pad Thai sauce. Served on a bed of rice noodles, topped with scrambled egg, green onion and crushed peanuts.
Low-Carb:  Chicken Stir-Fry: with soya, ginger, coriander and red chilli flakes and served with rice noodles.
Vegetarian: Veggie Pad Thai – Stir-Fry veggies served over rice noodles with Pad Thai sauce, topped with peanuts, green onion and scrambled eggs.

Chicken Curry  with yellow rice, garden peas and sambal salad
Chicken Pad Thai
Beef Casserole with brown rice and veg
Chicken schnitzel with baby potato’s and veg
Beef stir-fry over noodles with stir-fry veg
Roast chicken with rice, gravy and veg
Ribs and chips
Spaghetti Bolognaise with side of parmesan

THURSDAY13th Dec
Normal: Asian Beef & Broccoli – Thin strips of beef marinated with ginger, coriander, chilli, garlic and vinegar, served with savoury rice.
Low-Carb:  Served with diced cauliflower and sautéed baby marrows.
Vegetarian: Roasted Mushrooms, Sautéed Spinach & Baby Marrows – served with savoury rice and diced cauliflower.

FRIDAY 14th Dec
Normal: Bacon & Cheese Burgers – Homemade beef burgers topped with bacon and grated cheese mix, served with chunky chips and salad garnish.
Low-Carb: Served without the bun alongside a side salad.
Vegetarian: Vegetarian Burgers – topped with balsamic onions and cheese mix, served with potato chips and salad garnish.

SATURDAY 15th Dec
Normal: Carbonara Pasta – Bacon, Ham and mushroom in a creamy sauce over penne pasta.
Vegetarian: Spinach and Mushroom in a creamy sauce – served over penne pasta.

SUNDAY 16th Dec (Normal – R90 // Ladies – R65 // Kiddies – R50 // Family Style – R250)
Normal: Roast Greek Lamb – Lamb marinated over night in yogurt, garlic and aromatics, slow roasted in the oven. Served with lemon herb roasted potatoes and roasted vegetable medley.
