This week Monday we doing our signaure Chicken Lemone and on Wednessday we doing a delicious Beef RaguFriday is a VERY busy day in the kitchen with a few year end functions happening on the same day (we will only be doing our meal of the day, no orders off the House Menu unfortunately).

Weekly Menu: 3rd – 9th  December 2018

MONDAY 3rd Dec
Normal: Lemone Chicken: Chicken breast dusted in corn flour and shallow fried in a light egg butter with lemon juice and chicken broth. Served with roasted potato’s and steamed Broccoli and cauliflower.
Low-Carb/Gluten Free:  served with lemon roasted sweet potato and steamed Broccoli and cauliflower.
Vegetarian: Lentil, beetroot and couscous – with mint and basil, served with and steamed Broccoli and cauliflower.

TUESDAY 4th Dec
Normal: Spaghetti Bolognaise – served with a side of parmesan cheese.
Low-Carb: Served with gem squash.
Vegetarian: Vegetarian Bolognaise – with spaghetti and a side of parmesan cheese.

WEDNESDAY 5th Dec
Normal: Beef Ragu – Soft tender beef in sauce served with garlic mash and roasted butternut and a few garden peas.
Low-Carb: Served with sweet potato mash, baby marrows and green beans.
Vegetarian: Vegetable casserolewith garlic mash and roasted butternut and a few garden peas.  

THURSDAY 6th Dec
Normal: Chicken Stir-fry – served with egg fried rice and a sweet n sour sauce.
Low-Carb:  Chicken and Veg Stir-fry
Vegetarian
: Vegetable Stir-fry – with egg fried rice and sweet n sour sauce.

FRIDAY 7th Dec
Normal: Hickory Grilled Chicken Breast – served with potato wedges and sautéed baby marrows and carrot strings.
Low-Carb: Served with diced cauliflower and sautéed baby marrows and carrot strings.
Vegetarian
: Grilled Eggplant, grilled mushrooms, grilled baby marrows and roasted tomato’s – served with potato wedges.

SATURDAY 8th Dec
Normal: Alfredo Pasta – served over penne pasta.
Vegetarian: Spinach and Mushroom in a creamy sauce served over penne pasta.

SUNDAY 9th Dec
Normal: Roast Chicken – with rice, gravy, roast potato’s and vegetable medley.
