We have taken the banting version off the weekly breakdown and doing a Low Carb version (most of our clients are Low Carb, let us know if you want strictly banting though because we can still do the banting🙂

Below is this weeks menu for the week. We love to cook and happy to help make your dinner time easier, more time for everything else. No dishes, no shopping, no running around… just a delicious nutritious meal for the family. We deliver to your home a freshly made meal on the day and can even organize a monthly bill to make it easier.
Remember you can order from the House Menu if you don’t feel like what we have on for the day. Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 1pm, we ask for meals not on the House Menu to be in by 10am.
We are making meals on Saturday and Sunday from the House Menu.

Weekly Menu: 8th – 14th October 2018
MONDAY 8th Oct
Normal: Chicken Marsala – Tender chicken breast fillets cooked in marsala wine with a blend of mustards, served with garlic mash, butternut and garden peas.
Low-Carb: Served with sweet potato mash and green beans
Vegetarian: Moussaka – veggies in a tomato and herb sauce layered between eggplant.
TUESDAY 9th Oct
Normal: Mongolian Beef – (New) Tender beef sautéed in a savoury brown sauce with onions, peppers, garlic, chilli & broccoli and then served with savoury rice.
Low-Carb: Served with brown rice.
Vegetarian: Vegetarian Stir-Fry – with savoury rice.
WEDNESDAY 10th Oct
Normal: Carbonara Pasta – served over penne and a side of parmesan cheese.
Low-Carb: Served over baby marrow and carrot strings.
Vegetarian: Spinach & Mushroom – in a creamy sauce over penne.
No box meals this week
THURSDAY 11th Oct
Normal: Indian Meatball Curry – (Signature Dish) Served with basmati rice, pumpkin and green beans.
Low-Carb: Served with cauliflower rice, pumpkin and green beans.
Vegetarian: Coconut Veg & Lentil Curry –served with basmati rice.
FRIDAY 12th Oct
Normal: Chicken Pad Thai – (Signature Dish) Asian style chicken strips on a bed of linguini pasta covered in egg, peanuts and chilli. Drizzled with a Pad Thai sauce and topped with sliced green onion.
Low-Carb: Grilled Chicken Breast –served with vegetable medley.
Vegetarian: Mushroom, Green Onion, Spinach, Carrots & Cabbage –with soya, ginger, coriander and garlic.
SATURDAY 13th Oct
Normal: Beef Stroganoff – (becoming really popular) with rice, cauliflower and carrots.
Low-Carb: with brown rice, baby marrows and carrots.
Vegetarian: Mushroom Stroganoff –with rice, cauliflower and carrots.
SUNDAY 14th Oct
Roast Chicken – served with rice, roast potatoes and vegetable medley.
