MONDAY 20th August
Standard: Chicken Marsala – Tender boneless Breast of chicken sauteed in a Marsala wine sauce and djorn mustard with sliced Mushrooms. Served with steamed broccoli, carrots and garlic mash.
Low Carb: Chicken Marsala made with white wine, mushrooms and djorn mustard. Served with spinach, broccoli, cauliflower and sweet potato mash.
Vegetarian: Mushroom Marsala – served with steamed broccoli, carrots and garlic mash.

TUESDAY 21st August
Standard: Beef Curry – with yellow rice, roasted cinnamon pumpkin, garden peas with a side sambal salad.
Low Carb: Beef Curry – served with diced cauliflower rice infused with turmeric and fennel seeds, roasted cinnamon pumpkin, garden peas and a side of sambal salad.
Vegetarian: Coconut Veg Curry – with yellow rice, roasted cinnamon pumpkin, garden peas with a side sambal salad.

WEDNESDAY 22nd August
Standard: Penne a la Vodka with Chicken – grilled chicken breast dressed with fresh herbs, served over penne pasta in a tomato vodka and cream sauce.
Low Carb: Grilled chicken breast with herbs. Served with steamed green beans, braised cabbage and roasted sweet potato.
Vegetarian: Penne Vodka – served with a side salad.
BOX MEAL MEALS

THURSDAY 23rd August
Standard: Pulled Pork – slowly cooked from 4am, served with savoury rice and vegetable medley.
Low Carb: Served with quinoa and vegetable medley.
Vegetarian: Vegetable Ragu – served with savoury rice and vegetable medley.

FRIDAY 24th August
Standard: Alfredo Pasta – served over linguini pasta, a garlic roll and side parmesan cheese.
Low Carb: Served over baby marrows and red pepper strings with a side salad.
Vegetarian: Mushroom & Spinach – in a creamy sauce over linguini pasta. Served with garlic roll and side parmesan cheese.

SATURDAY 25th August
Standard: Hickory Smoked Grilled Chicken Burger – on a seeded hamburger roll, dressed with basil mayo and salad garnish, served with potato wedges.
Low Carb: Hickory grilled chicken breast – served with baby marrows, eggplant, mushrooms and sweet potato wedges.
Vegetarian: Grilled vegetables medley, hamburger roll with basil mayo, potato wedges and salad garnish

SUNDAY 26th August (R65 Single portion, R50 Ladies/Pensioner – R210 Family portion)
Standard:  Roast Chicken: Served with vegetable medley, roast potato, rice and gravy.
Vegetarian: Rice, roasted potatoes, Veg medley.
