Weekly Menu: 14th – 20th May 2018

We really appreciate all the referrals and new families that we are feeding, hoping you enjoying the meals.
Below is some more info about the menu’s that we do on the different days. Wednesday’s are now our Standard BOX MEAL DAYS. Winter is setting in and for this we also now doing SOUPS 🙂 Chat to us if there are any specific meals you want to eat, for example on Monday we doing a new Indian dish and if you don’t feel for this you are welcome to order from the House Menu (see below).

On Wednesday’s we do run a little later on deliveries and apologize for the inconvenience, we just have quiet a few over the mountain which is our 1st run.

The Box meals are such a hit! One Wednesday we did a record 37 boxes. In addition to our normal boxed meals we are doing many LOW CARB versions (Low Carb menu: R650 standard size meals / R450 ladies size meals)
This weeks menu is: For both Low Carb and Normal meals, different sides for each version

We have taken the banting version off the weekly breakdown and doing a Low Carb version (most of our clients are Low Carb, let us know if you want strictly banting though because we can still do the banting🙂

Ladies LOW CARB (R450) and
Kiddies (R350) they can be mixed and altered to your meal preferences and all labeled and dated. We have a range to choose from so just email or call and we can add you.
Stock up with our freezer meals to help with no dishes and cooking, our containers are microwaveable.

Below is this weeks menu for the week. We love to cook and happy to help make your dinner time easier, more time for everything else. Remember our R900 a week special for a family to eat Monday to Friday (no delivery fee for the South Peninsula) – No dishes, no shopping, no running around… just a delicious nutritious meal for the family. We deliver to your home a freshly made meal on the day and can even organize a monthly bill to make it easier.

Remember you can order from the House Menu if you don’t feel like what we have on for the day. Meals ordered on the day: one can order until 1pm, we ask for meals not on the House Menu to be in by 10am.
We are making meals on Saturday and Sunday from the House Menu.

Weekly Menu: 14th – 20th May 2018

MONDAY 14th May
Standard: Indian Chicken Dopiaz Curry – “In Hindi “do” means “two” and “piaza” refers to onions – hence the origin of the name of this dish, which has prominent flavors of onion.” Served with yellow rice, garden peas, butternut and sambal salad.
Low Carb: Served with diced cauliflower with tumeric and fennel seeds, sambal salad, butternut and a few green beans.
Vegetarian: Vegetable Coconut Curry – Served with yellow rice, a few garden peas, butternut and sambal salad.
NEW Soup: Creamy Butternut Soup R35

TUESDAY 15th May
Standard: Beef Stroganoff – served with garlic mash, pumpkin and green beans.
Low Carb: Garlic sweet potato, pumpkin and brocolli.
Vegetarian: Mushroom Strogonoff – served with garlic mash, green beans and pumpkin.
NEW Soup: Roasted Cherry tomato Soup R35

WEDNESDAY 16th May
Standard: Spaghetti Bologanaise – served with a garlic roll and a side of grated parmesan cheese.
Low Carb: Served over baby marrow and carrot strings and a side salad.
Vegetarian: Medley of diced veggies in a tomato sauce, served over spaghetti with a garlic roll and a side of parmesan cheese
No Soups available on Wednesdays.
BOX MEAL MEALS

THURSDAY 17th May
Standard: Butter Chicken – Served with basmati rice, sambal salad, sauteed baby marrows and roasted butternut with sesame seeds.
Low Carb: Served with diced cauliflower, sambal salad, steamed baby marrows and roasted butternut with sesame seeds.
Vegetarian: Vegetable Dahl Curry – Served with basmati rice, sambal salad, sauteed baby marrows and roasted butternut with sesame seeds..
NEW Soup: Potato and leek Soup R35

FRIDAY 18th May
Standard: Crumbed Pork Chop – Served with a side of balsamic caramelized onions, braised cabbage, steamed broccoli and a rosti .
Low Carb: Grilled pork chop served with a medley of veggies and a sweet potato rosti.
Vegetarian: Crumbed Eggplant – Served with a side of balsamic caramelized onions, braised cabbage, steamed broccoli and a rosti.

SATURDAY 19th May
Standard: Chicken Broccoli Bake – with a side of gem squash.
Vegetarian: Mushroom and Spinach broccoli bake with a side of gem squash.

SUNDAY 20th May (R80 Single portion – R210 Family portion)
Fire roasted Rump steak – with a madagascan green peppercorn sauce. Served with a whole baked potato, steamed butternut and a few garden peas.
Veg: Vegetable medley served with a whole baked potato, steamed butternut and a few garden peas.
