MONDAY 9th Oct
Normal: Spaghetti bologanaise – lean beef mince slowly cooked with onions, carrots, celery, garlic, herbs and tomato’s. Served with spaghetti and topped with parmesan cheese
Banting: Served over baby marrows and carrot strings
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

TUESDAY 10th Oct
Normal: Chicken Curry – Served with basmati rice and sambal salad and roasted butternut and a few garden peas
Banting: Served with diced cauliflower, butternut and side of green beans
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

WEDNESDAY 11th Oct
NormalIrish Beef Stew – Slow cooked topside beef with red wine, served with mash and veg medley.
Banting: Served with veg medley and sweet potato mash
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

THURSDAY 12th Oct
Normal: Thai Chicken Stir-fry – stir-fry veggies and grilled chicken breast over linguini pasta
Banting: Served with extra stir-fry veggies

FRIDAY 13th Oct
Normal: Sticky BBQ Pork Ribs – served with sauteed potato’s and corn on the cob
Banting: served with sauteed sweet potato’s with mixed peppers
