MONDAY 2nd Oct
NormalPenne Arribiarta Pasta (mild) – Bacon, chilli and tomato with a touch of cream over penne pasta topped with parmesan cheese. Served with garlic bread.
Banting: Arribiarta sauce served over carrot and baby marrow strings and topped with parmesan cheese
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.

TUESDAY 3rd Oct
NormalBeef Curry – Served with yellow rice and sambal salad and garden peas
Banting: Served with diced cauliflower and side of green beans
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.

WEDNESDAY 4th Oct
NormalChicken Lasagne – Slow cooked in a red sauce and topped with pasta sheets and white sauce. Served with a side salad.
Banting: Chicken lasagne layered between egg plant sheets and served with a side salad
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.

THURSDAY 5th Oct
NormalMini Moroccan meatballs – Mini Meatballs in a brown onion gravy and Served with garlic parmesan mash and medley of vegetables
Banting: Served with sweet potato mash and medley of vegetables
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.

FRIDAY 6th Oct
NormalButter Chicken – served with basmati rice, sambal and pompedom
Banting: Steak served with diced cauliflower and brocolli
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.

SATURDAY 7th Oct
Alfredo pasta

SUNDAY 8th Oct
Roast Chicken – with rice, roast potato’s, carrots and peas and cauliflower and broccoli bake.
