NormalHungarian Beef Stroganoff – Thinly sliced beef slow cooked with mushroom, green peppers, cream and paprika. Thickened with cream and a touch of mustard and sour cream. Served with steamed rice, garden peas and pumpkin.
Banting: Served with cauliflower, green beans and pumpkin

TUESDAY 12th Sep
NormalLinguini di Alessio – Linguini pasta served with a tomato based sauce, chicken breast, and baby Tomatoes, rocket, mozzarella, a dash of cream and herbs
Banting: Served over carrot and baby marrow strings.

WEDNESDAY 13th Sep
NormalMoroccan Meat Loaf – Lean beef mince with onions, carrots, peppers and celery seasoned with Moroccan flavours rolled and oven baked. Served with Savoury rice and Vegetable Medley.
Banting: Served with sweet potato and Vegetable medley

THURSDAY 14th Sep
NormalChicken Pad Thai – Rice noodles, which are stir-fried with eggs and chopped chicken flavored with pad thai sauce, garlic, onions, red chili pepper, ginger, fish sauce, coriander and brown sugar, and served with lime wedges and topped with chopped roast peanuts.
Banting: Served over carrots, baby marrows and green pepper strings.

FRIDAY 15th Sep
NormalPork Ribs (R85) – 500g pork ribs slow cooked then fire grilled with sticky smokey BBQ sauce. Served with potato wedges and corn on the cob.
Banting: Served with sweet potato wedges and broccoli.
