Weekly Menu: 7th – 13th August 2017

MONDAY 7th Aug
Normal: Beef Lasagne – Lean beef mince browned with carrots, onions and celery. Then slowly cooked with tomatoes until thick. Served, layered between lasagne sheets with a creamy cheese sauce. Served with a garlic roll.
Banting: Beef lasgane made with baby marrows layers and served with a side salad
SOUP: Country Vegetable soup
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.

TUESDAY 8th Aug
NormalChicken Lemone – Chicken breast pan fried in a light egg batter, then sautéed with lemon butter and chicken broth. Served with garlic mash and seasonal vegetables.
Banting: Grilled Chicken breast sautéed in lemon butter. Served with sweet potato mash and seasonal vegetables.
SOUP: Chicken Noodle Soup
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.

WEDNESDAY 9th Aug
Normal: Spaghetti Bolognaise – Lean beef mince, braised with diced onions, carrots and celery. Then slowly cooked with tomatoes over a low heat until softy and saucy. Served over spaghetti with a side of parmesan cheese.
Gluten Free option available for this meal.
Banting: Served over baby marrow and carrot strings
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.

THURSDAY 10th Aug
Normal: Chicken Curry – served with basmati rice and sambal salad
Banting: Served with cauliflower rice and sambal salad
SOUP: Broccoli and cauliflower Soup
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.

FRIDAY 11th Aug
Normal: Stir-fry Beef in a black bean soya sauce. Served over linguine pasta and stir-fry veggies.
Banting: Served with stir-fry veggies over green beans.
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.

SATURDAY 12th Aug
Legendary Chicken Marsala

SUNDAY 13th Aug
Roast Chicken
