MONDAY 24th July
Normal: Meatballs / Frikkadels – Meatballs in a brown gravy served with parmesan mash and a vegetable medley.
Banting: Served with sweet potato and Vegetable medley
SOUP: Roasted chicken and Veg Soup
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.

TUESDAY 25th July
NormalChicken caserole – with winter veg and a few green peppers. Served with steamed rice.
Banting: Served with diced cauliflower
SOUP: Pea n ham soup with bacon bits
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.

WEDNESDAY 26th July
Normal: Pasta Bake – lean beef mince braised with onions, carrots, celery and a few tomato’s with fresh tarragon. Slow cooked in a creamy tomato sauce then oven baked with cheddar cheese.
Banting: Served over baby marrow and carrot strings
SOUP: Lamb and lentil soup
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.

THURSDAY 27th July
Normal: Beef Curry – with yellow rice and sambal salad
Banting: Served with diced cauliflower with turmeric and fennel seeds
SOUP: Butternut soup
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.

FRIDAY 28th July
Normal: Gourmet Mac n cheese – Roasted cherry tomato, corn, coriander and bacon in a cheesy sauce served over macaroni.
Banting: served over diced sweet potato.
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu.
