MONDAY 19th June
Normal: Meat Loaf – Served with garlic mash with gravy, green beans and a few diced minted carrots.
Banting: Served with sweet potato garlic mash, green beans and diced minted carrots
SOUP: Thick Vegetable soup
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

TUESDAY 20th June
NormalRoasted Chicken breast – topped with bacon bits, sauteed mushrooms and fresh basil. Served with roasted baby potato’s and burnt broccoli.
Banting: Served with burnt broccoli, diced cauliflower and roasted butternut.
SOUP: Pea n Ham soup
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

WEDNESDAY 21st June
Normal: Beef Stir-fry – with vegetables and black bean sauce. Served with egg fried rice
Banting: Served with carrot strings
SOUP: Chicken Noodle soup
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

THURSDAY 22nd June
Normal: Cottage Pie – with steamed vegetable medley
Banting: Topped with sweet potato mash
SOUP: Leek and Potato soup
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

FRIDAY 23rd June
Normal: Pasta Bake – Beef bolognaise, tomatoes, cream and cheese over macaroni then oven baked. Served with garlic a roll.
Banting: Mini meat balls in a tomato, cream and cheesy sauce. Served with sauteed spinach
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.
