MONDAY 5th June
Normal: Chicken, Basil and Butternut Pasta – with cherry tomatoes, tarragon and soya with chicken broth served over ribbon pasta then topped with Parmesan cheese
Banting: Over baby marrow and carrot strings
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

TUESDAY 6th June
Normal: Traditional Babootie – with yellow rice and sambal salad
Banting: Served with diced cauliflower and sambal salad.
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

WEDNESDAY 7th June
Normal: Lamb Ragu – slow cooked braised lamb with onions, carrots, celery, port, mint, rosemary and red wine. Served with garlic mash and butternut
Banting: Served with sweet potato mash and butternut
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

THURSDAY 8th June
Normal: Butter Chicken – Chicken breast marinated with yogurt, ginger, garlic, coriander and Indian seasoning. Then pan fried and thickened with cream, yogurt and corn flour. Served with tomato rice.
Banting: Served with diced cauliflower with turmeric
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

FRIDAY 9th June
Normal: Braised Steak with onions in a brown gravy. Served with sauteed potatoes and a medley of steamed vegetables
Banting: Served with sauteed sweet potato with onions and garlic and a medley of steamed vegetables
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

SATURDAY 10th June

A chicken breast braised with button mushrooms, country mustard, and Marsala wine. Served in a buttery Marsala sauce with mushrooms.

Topped with mushroom sauce and served with vegetable and starch of the day.

Cottage Pie R60
Lean beef sautéed with onions, carrots and celery in a brown gravy. Topped with mash potato and oven baked.
