MONDAY 22nd May
Normal: Chicken breast fillet diced and sauteed with carrots, onions, celery, spinach, cherry tomato’s and a few sliced mushrooms in a soya gravy. Served with penne pasta and toasted seasame seeds.
Banting: Served with sauteed baby marrows.
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

TUESDAY 23rd May
NormalBeef Casserole – Cubed beef slowly cooked with carrots, onions, garlic and baby marrows in a brown sauce. Served with garlic mash and garden peas.
Banting: Served with sweet potato mash and steamed green beans.
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below.

WEDNESDAY 24th May
Normal: Spaghetti bolognaise with mini meat balls – lean beef mince sauteed with carrots, onions, celery, cherry tomato’s and fresh basil. Slowly cooked with tomato puree and topped with mini meat balls and parmesan cheese.
OR
Mini meatballs with basil pesto over spaghetti
Banting: Mini meat balls and bolognaise sauce served over marrow and carrot strings

THURSDAY 25th May
Normal: Thai Chicken Curry (mild) – in a creamy coconut sauce with jasmin rice
Banting: Served with butternut mash
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below

FRIDAY 26th May
Normal: Traditional Mutton Breyani with vegetable rice
Banting: Served with diced cauliflower with breyani seasonining
Vegetarian: Choose from the Vegan menu below

A chicken breast braised with button mushrooms, country mustard, and Marsala wine. Served in a buttery Marsala sauce with mushrooms.
Chicken Schnitzel R65
Topped with mushroom sauce and served with vegetable and starch of the day.

Served with rice and sambal salad.
Cottage Pie R60
Lean beef sautéed with onions, carrots and celery in a brown gravy. Topped with mash potato and oven baked.
