MONDAY 17th April

Easter Monday Public Holiday – Closed

TUESDAY 18th April

Normal: Moroccan Meatballs – Lean beef mince seasoned with cinnamon, cumin and Moroccan spices then steamed and served in a brown onion sauce. Served with savoury rice and garden peas.

Banting: Served with diced cauliflower and spinach

Vegetarian: Mixed veggies seasoned with cumin, cinnamon and Moroccan style seasoning, served with a savory rice and garden peas.

WEDNESDAY 19th April

Normal:  Chicken Schnitzel – Chicken breast pounded thin, then crumbed with Japanese panko bread crumbs and fried golden brown. Topped with a mushroom and cheese sauce. Served with diced sautéed potatoes with onions and peppers and a side of steamed butternut.

Banting: Grilled Chicken breast, then topped with a mushroom and cheese sauce. Served with sautéed sweet potato and steamed green beans.

Vegetarian: Crumbed eggplant topped with mushroom and cheese sauce then served with diced sautéed potatoes with onions and peppers and a side of steamed butternut.

THURSDAY 20th April

Normal:  Bacon, mushroom and tarragon pasta – in a creamy sauce over linguini pasta.

Banting: Served over baby marrows

Vegetarian: Mushroom, Spinach and tarragon in a creamy sauce over linguini pasta.

Gluten free pasta available

  

FRIDAY 21st April

Normal: Chicken Marsala – A chicken breast braised with button mushrooms, country mustard, and Marsala wine. Served in a buttery Marsala sauce with mushrooms and accompanied with steamed rice and gem squash.

Banting: served with diced cauliflower and gem squash.

Vegetarian: Mixed Veggies braised with a light curry seasoning thickened with Dahl lentils and chickpeas. Served with steamed rice and gem squash.

 

SATURDAY 22nd April

SUNDAY 23rd April

Please select meals from our HOUSE MENU for this Sunday.

*SUBSTITUTION: You may substitute a Beef, Chicken or Pork dish to any other alternative protein.
